Would you like to join a study group?
I am a member of a four person study group that has Skype meetings each Sunday at 9:00 CST. Since we graduated our first CCIE, we have an opening. We will prefer candidates with the following credentials:
1) 5- 10 years of experience in Routing and Switching: We assume commensurate knowledge of Cisco’s hardware/software.
2) At least 6 months of preparation for the CCIE lab.
3) Target attempt on CCIE should be by 12/2006.
4) We prefer individuals that have completed more then one study guide.
5) Prefer individuals that have completed the first thirteen NMC labs; alternately, if you could begin around lab 13.
6) Strong knowledge of one or more of the following subjects:
a. IPV6
b. Multicast
c. QOS
d. Security
e. BGP
Our group completes at least one NMC lab a week. We discuss each lab over a Skpe based conference call. A typical session will last 1-4 hours. If you can commit to a 95% availability rate and complete the labs, we would like to work together to enhance our knowledge and understanding of the labs respective technology.
