volume changes at the end of a song
Randomly, the volume suddenly cranks up to blasting loud for the last second or so of some songs. Seems to happen most often with songs that originally blended into the following song, for example the songs from a dance mix compilation CD. It isn’t just certain songs, though, and any song that does it one time might not do it the next time.
Any idea why this happens and how to prevent it? I listen to my ipod at work a lot, and it’s made me just about jump over the cubicle wall a few times. Probably not so great for my ears, either. Thanks for any info anyone can give me on this!
