Software and Hardware question - Anti-Virus, Spam and Firewall - what is Best?
Hello:
I came over from the windows side and now a lover of mac.
I am always hearing different opinions from so many different people - some say don’t need a anti-virus or spam software for a mac some say better to play on safe side.
Well, I plan to be on the safe side so I have the following questions:
1. What is a excellent anti-virus software for the mac?
2. What is a good spam software for the mac?
3. I am going to install my first mac server - questions should I be happy with just the mac firewall or should I purchase another software firewall software or should I purchase a hardware firewall so I can take the incoming cable service internet and plug into the firewall hardware and then plug into mac server??? I apologize about this hardware question but it tied into my software question.
Can anyone answer the above three questions with confidence and possible facts or written materials???
