Your podcasts are probably here:
Click on Start in the lower left hand corner Click on My Music folder on the right hand side of the window that just popped up Open up the iTunes folder Open up the iTunes Music folder Open up the Podcasts folder
All your podcasts should be in there if all your settings are the default settings.
