Steven, Perhaps I am wrong (or rather I was told wrong), but I called AT+T once, for the same reason, and pretty much was told it’s not possible. They did change the phone number for free, as a courtesy with no charge, and the harassment of that particular individual stopped. Not that it matters, but it was my fiancée’s ex. He kept harassing her, and finally we had enough. Made a call to AT+T, and the number was changed in minutes. Chuck F. NE PA
