Wireless Hotspots, Roaming, Canada & Charges

I did wireless roaming in Mexico in December with no charges on my bill. The key is to go into the general settings and under the network tab, turn data roaming OFF. That way the phone will only be picking up hotspot connections and not using any Edge or other wireless data connections.
